Terms and Conditions
All packages require $100 refundable security deposit and a$25 non-refundable reservation fee.

Check In - Between 2 p.m.  and 10:00 p.m.

  Reservation Policy Unconfirmed Reservations will be held for 7 days.

Customers will receive confirmation after payment of  a 50% deposit of the gross rental plus the $100 refundable security deposit and $25 non-refundable reservation fee within 7 days of submitting your reservation

Balance is to be paid in full two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to your arrival date.
