 Appliances, Air Conditioning and Repairs Appliances and air conditioners are not guaranteed and refunds cannot be given for failure or breakdown. Owners will repair as quickly as possible.

  Terms and Conditions (previous page) Condition Both Studios have been recently remodeled and actual pictures are shown.
      Telephone . Each unit is equipped with a phone.  The telephone number will be provided at check-in.
Only Local Calls can be place from each room.  Long Distance access has been blocked and calling cards must be used to complete any long distance call.
      Sleeper Sofas Each Studio has a form of a sleeper sofa.  Although they do accommodate adults, the owners do not recommend the use of sleeper sofa beds by adults as they may be uncomfortable.  No refunds can be issued if found uncomfortable.
  Terrazzo Floor (Unit 108) Unit 108 has an uncarpeted Terrazzo floor
  Reservation Policy   Reservations are not confirmed until Deposit is received .

Customers will receive confirmation after payment of  a 50% deposit of the gross rental plus the $100 refundable security deposit and $25 non-refundable reservation fee within 7 days of submitting your reservation

Balance is to be paid in full two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to your arrival date.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions   Guests agree that they have read and accepted all terms and conditions posted in this website by making a reservation.
