     Cancellation Policy Cancellations should be made 30 days prior to arrival.  The $25 reservation fee is non-refundable

If cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival, the $100 deposit becomes non-refundable.

If cancellation is received 15 days or less prior to arrival, the full deposit becomes non-refundable.

Summer Rates Security Deposit Guests will be required to place a $100 Security Deposit in addition to 50% of the gross rental to receive guaranteed confirmation of the reservation.  Security Deposits will be refunded by mail thirty days from date of departure. 

Any unusual cleaning required, or damage of any kind incurred by Tenant will be deducted from the deposit .  If any amount is deducted from the security deposit , the customer will receive an itemized list of cleaning required and/or damages repaired

  Terms and Conditions continued Check In - Between 2 p.m.  and 10:00 p.m. Late arrivals should make arrangements 14 days in advance of arrival date.
      Check Out -- 10 a.m.  (No Exceptions) Prompt departure is necessary to prevent delay of the guest checking in after you. The units should be left in a clean & orderly condition & all keys returned by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Tenant agrees to surrender possession of the property hereby leased at the expiration of this lease, peaceably and without delay, in as good condition as it was at the commencement of this lease (reasonable wear and tear, act of God an/or other causes over which the Tenant has no control excepted).

t is agreed that for the purpose of clean-up and repairs, cleaning personnel selected by owners may enter premises at 10:00 a.m. on the date this lease terminates, and may remain on the premises until 2:00 pm on the date that this lease commences.

Failure to vacate on time could result in a charge of $50.00 per ten minute increment after 10:00 am.

t is agreed that the leased premises will be used by Tenant solely as a private dwelling for the use of Tenants that are registered.
      Tenant and guests agree to observe and strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the property, as posted.  
  No house parties permitted Owner reserves the right to terminate the lease, without a refund, if a house party should occupy a unit.
      Occupancy Limits  Leased premises are limited to occupancy by no more than 4 persons (Adults & Children).

tIn the event occupancy limits are EXCEEDED tenants will be asked to vacate and will not be entitled to a refund.
  No Animals of Any Kind --  No Visiting Pets No Exceptions
  Reservation Policy   Unconfirmed Reservations will be held for 7 days.

Customers will receive confirmation after payment of  a 50% deposit of the gross rental plus the $100 refundable security deposit and $25 non-refundable reservation fee within 7 days of submitting your reservation

Balance is to be paid in full two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to your arrival date.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions   Guests agree that they have read and accepted all terms and conditions posted in this website by making a reservation.
